Well, yes, this is what you're going to learn if you go to these wonderful, enhancer and deep courses.

You will hear behavioral theory about how your identity is built, we will look into your way of handling you in life and you will find out how your past conditions you, even though you thought it was over.

Of course you will learn resources that will help you feel that your emotion, thought and life will lead you.

Adolescent emotional management

It's a complicated age this adolescence, remember feeling ununderstood by adults? Do you remember wanting to be a major to decide and no one to get into your business? Remember when you felt like you didn't fit anywhere? Or that you needed to be someone else because of the need to fit in? This period of transit from young to adult, deserves to be welcomed and accompanied by this I offer you the possibility to learn to manage these emotions at the right time, so that you can move towards adulthood with determination, safety and self-love.

The proposal includes indoor and outdoor sessions + two individual coaching sessions of «You to you» with the therapist.
