Am I not happy? A path to happiness through coaching and emotional intelligence

1. Feel and take notes of your emotions

2. Set achievable goals
Define what happiness means to you, imagine an ideal and describe it with all kinds of details. Write down what your personal goals are and discredit them until you realize the small actions you can take to get close to your goals. (concrete sometimes is not so simple, this is the specialty of a coach)😉. Setting realistic and achievable goals will allow you to move towards a more positive emotional state.
3. Practice gratitude
Gratitude is a powerful tool for transforming your perspective. Every day, he scores three things for which you are grateful that have happened, however small they may be. A smile, a gesture a moment of rest... This simple exercise can help you see life from a more positive angle.
